My diploma thesis at TU Berlin was done under the supervision of Prof. Ingo Müller in Non-Equilibrium Thermodynamics. The PhD-advisor for my thesis on Numerics for Magnetoydrodynamics was Prof. Rolf Jeltsch from ETH Zurich, while Prof. Sebastian Noelle from RWTH Aachen was external examiner.
